What We Wore Wednesday

Hey! I thought it would be fun to share a few of the things that G and I have been wearing and loving lately! First up is this cute outfit she wore on Sunday

G and I recently did a little Free People run to grab her a few cozy things since she's grown a lot this year and was in need of a few things for weekends, dance, etc. We'd been looking for a warm jacket that was versatile enough to wear casually but also over dresses and a few other things for cooler weather as well as a couple of trips she has coming up and she LOVED this one. I have a few of the same pieces from this line and they're SO WARM but also super lightweight. I think she'll have this for years and wear it a ton.

Here's the jacket with some darling pants...

... that are part of this super soft set.

She also grabbed this tank and the straps couldn't be cuter.

She wore this tunic to the Mavs game a couple of weeks ago (denim shorts underneath) and loved it.

I didn't leave Free People empty handed either ;) I got a parka from FP YEARS ago and get asked about it all the time. There really hasn't been a new version of it in. years and I was SO EXCITED to see a super similar one out this year because I wear my original one ALL THE TIME.

I grabbed it in blue and brown to take home and decide between and settled on keeping the blue. I'm int he small and it's perfectly oversized.

Y'all know I've been wearing my quilt dress A LOT...

... and yesterday I wore this dress with this sweater over it and got a TON of compliments!

I'll try to be better about sharing outfits but I just always forget to take pics ;)

HAPPY Wednesday and happy shopping, friends!

  1. Love all the cute fits! I can't believe how grown G looks! She's beautiful. Where did you get your stair gate? It looks like it's freestanding. I've been using a child gate to block mine from our dog, but I like the looks of yours being freestanding.
