I made this air fryer pork tenderloin earlier this week and OH MY WORD was it good!!! Juicy and tender and full of flavor. It took less than 10 mins to prep and using the air fryer couldn't be more convenient.
Here's What You'll Need....
- Pork tenderloin (my package was about 3.5 lbs)
- 4 teaspoons kosher salt
- 4 teaspoons light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- olive oil
Here's what you'll do....
1) Cut your pork tenderloin in half so it will fit in the basket of the air fryer, pat it dry really well with paper towels.
2) Combine the spices, salt and sugar. Rub the dried tenderoin with olive oil and then coat the pieces with the spice rub. Pat/press it into the meat.
3) Put the pieces into the air fryer and cook at 400 for 10 minutes, then flip and cook at 350 for about 10 additional minutes (they need to be about 150 degrees F internally). Let it rest for 5 minutes, cut and serve.
Note: My package of tenderloin had two large pieces which I cut into four and ended up cooking them in two serrate batches. If you don't have as much meat you can easily cut the rub ingredients by half.
This is going on our rotation during the school year as it really couldn't have been easier and everyone at our house loved it.
If you try it. I'd love to hear what you think!
Looks so good! I need to know - do you have the recipe for the side dish in your first picture? It looks like a broccoli risotto?
ReplyDeleteThat looks Amazing!!! Adding this to my grocery list for next week when school starts!
