I can't believe that Thanksgiving is a few days away! Today I'm sharing a few previous posts to give you some inspiration for crafting in case you're going to be entertaining kids at your house.
Click HERE to read about these Thankful Pies that were so simple to make and a fun exercise in naming things we're grateful for.
A few years ago we made these turkey leaf place card holders and I LOVED how they turned out. If you have some great fall color in your area this project could be even cuter!
You can click HERE to check out these super simple watercolor name cards.
Last, but not least - I wanted to mention Cards for Hospitalized Kids
Cards for Hospitalized Kids ALL THE TIME is an organization that gathers and distributes cards to hospitalized kids. All you do is make cards for kids who are hospitalized, mail them in and that's it! They distribute them to children's hospitals all over the country and your little bit of creative time will positively impact a child's day.
Last time I talked about doing this someone mentioned that including jokes on the cards would be something that the kids would enjoy so I did just that...
They're cheesy and simple and perfect for kids to help with :)
The guidelines for what you can/can't include on your cards as well as information on where to send them in can be found HERE.
If you'd like to download and print the cards I created (I didn't draw these - I used free clipart) you can click HERE.
Happy Tuesday, friends!
