Costco Faves Part FOUR

I'm back and sharing more of our FAVES From Costco... things that we love and purchase on repeat either because they're a bargain, EXTRA tasty or both ;)

If you missed it you can find Part One HERE, Part Two HERE, and Part Three HERE.

This is hands down the best sandwich bread there is.  You can't tell me otherwise.

This tortilla soup is a Fall/Winter staple in our house.  It's great as is, but I've also added additional shredded rotisserie chicken to it if I have it on hand.  I serve it topped with shredded cheese or queso fresco, cilantro, and sliced avocado.  It can't be beat!
I haven't been able to find this recently, but keep your eyes peeled for the green chile cornbread because OH MY WORD!  It's like spicy cake and is the best served with the tortilla soup or chili.

If you need an easy weeknight meal try out this mandarin orange chicken (frozen).  We make it in the oven and serve with white rice and everyone in my family loves it.  I've even served it with rice wrapped in a lettuce leaf which was delish as well.

If you love fresh grated parmesan this is a must.  It's super flavorful and the price can't be beat.
These are our favorite frozen chicken option - they're great in the air fryer and I'm not sure we'll ever do traditional "nuggets" again.

The Organic Mediterranean Salad comes in two bags and is SO SO SO GOOD!  I love it alone or with the chicken skewers and, of course, some additional Feta.

Hoping you found this helpful with trying out something new or planning a meal or two for your family!  If you have a Costco fave leave it in the comments!

  1. My computer was not letting me comment last Thursday or Friday, but I am so happy to comment today! I haven't been to Costco in FOREVER, but your posts are making me want to go. Also side note, I'm obsessed with Frank :) .

  2. Had the tortilla soup for dinner, a new fav for us too. And I discovered the chicken chunks recently and have made orange chicken with them and plan to get some sauce to make butter chicken too.
