Valentine's Day is one of my FAVORITE days of the year and I did a fun little dinner for our crew that was SO CUTE! I ordered balloons from Party City but everything else was stuff I had and I just pulled it together to make it a little bit festive...
Kept things simple with store bought dessert...
... and for dinner we had homemade garlic bread...
... these meatballs (I usually put them on subs, but this time just put them in a pie plate, sprinkled on some cheese and popped them in the oven while the garlic bread cooked)...
... Costco heart ravioli and some other pasta....
... with a homemade alfredo so everyone could pick their pasta, sauce, etc.
I do little gifts for the kids (G got a Sol De Janeiro deodorant and a lip oil, Luke got some chapstick and a Lego light thing and Mason got some Pokemon cards and socks).
It wasn't anything super extravagant but it was out of the norm enough and a few little touches made it feel really special.
