Valentinespiration :)

Did I just make up a word? Absolutely!  Valentines' Day always creeps up on my and so today I wanted to share a few fun ideas from the past in case you want to plan ahead and not get caught off guard.

Click  HERE to check out all kinds of fun love-inspired books...

... and HERE for my FREE Valentine's Day doodle town printables.

.... and dessert.

I've talked about  Cards for Hospitalized Kids several times - essentially you create cards, mail them to the organization and they distribute them to children's hospitals all over the country.  In  this post I shared a few more directions as well as a BUNCH of cards you can print, color and mail in.  It's a project that all ages can do and is so so so important.

These  Heart Suncatchers are simple and you probably have everything on hand you need to make them....

And this Heart Candle Jar craft that I used as the craft in Luke's class Valentine's Day party several years ago.

A few years ago we did a family book club day based on the book The Day It Rained Hearts...

And last year Griffin and I made these super simple heart magnets.

Last, but not least - I've done a  "to the moon and back" lunch for a couple of years now on a day close to Valentine's Day and I think at this point it's a tradition.

Happy Tuesday, friends!!
