Bacon Ranch Penne Pasta

I've shared a REALLY GOOD bacon ranch mac and cheese recipe but it can be a little labor-intense so when I saw  this suuuuuper simple version I knew I had to try it out.  Everyone in my family gobbled it up and it was SO EASY to make I knew I had to share!

Here's What You'll Need
- 6 slices of cooked bacon
- 2 cups chopped chicken
- 1 lb penne pasta
- 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
- parsley (fresh or dried)

What You'll Do...
Combine the cooked pasta, Ranch, Alfredo, chicken and some parsley.  Stir together and pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Top with 6 (or so) slices of crumbled bacon and top with Mozzarella.  Bake at 350 for 20 minute or until hot and bubble.  The end.

This was SO GOOD and simple!  I used rotisserie chicken to make it even easier and this will be a weeknight staple in our house this school year.  Next time I make it I'll probably just mix everything together (including the bacon and most of the cheese) so that it's a little more evenly distributed through the pasta but other than that I wouldn't change a thing!  I was skeptical about the ranch dressing but just trust me and do it!

HAPPY Wednesday, friends!!!
