Happy Friday, friends!!! I still can't believe it's DECEMBER! I have a bunch of fun festive favorites today which I'm excited about!
Erika and I are so happy that lots of y'all are linking up with us and if you're linking up with us make sure you grab our graphic, link back to one (or all!) of us and share your own Friday Favorites post.
First up on our list is Christmas in downtown McKinney. It looks different this year but so many shops have gone above and beyond to create gorgeous windows and Mason, Griffin and I had the sweetest time down there this past weekend which picking out some gifts for cousins.
The photo above is the window at Rockin AB and it's what Christmas dreams are made of! And right outside of their shop is the Christmas carousel. Normally the carousel is only there for a weekend but this year it's going to be there all season which is so much fun!
We didn't ride that afternoon because we were headed to a friends house for game night but you better believe we'll be back to ride!
Mom and Pop has pivoted beautifully and their amazing selection of unique candies are now individually wrapped and ready. (sidenote: if you haven't tried their dill pickle popcorn you're missing out!)
Sunday morning was our church's annual "McKinney Christmas" service and it was WONDERFUL! Festive and ready (well... except for Rosie) :)
There was a live nativity and we got to see the animals before heading into the sanctuary...
This little guy was G's FAVORITE!
One of my FAVORITE things about December are festive accessories. I have a thing for Christmas earrings :)
a new rug in the playroom and moved the coffee table out of the way so we could lay it down and now not having a coffee table up here is our FAVORITE. It's the perfect spot to spread out and play games, practice our acro routine and build with magnetic toys. Funny how that happens!
We got Griffin and I share beanies and this one from Pumps (downtown McKinney) is her all time FAVORITE!
Walking to lunch and I saw a pair of my FAVORITE besties ;)
And this XL travel mug is a new FAVORITE becauase it's festive, it holds A TON and the lid shuts so I don't have to worry about it spilling in my Bogg Bag on the way in to school in the mornings.
(PS - I'll share my classroom decor next week... it wasn't done in this pic)!
HAPPY Friday, friends!!!

ReplyDeleteI don't love popcorn, but I LOVE Mom and Popcorn's McKinney Mix...I can eat an entire bag at once! So good!
ReplyDeleteLove this post and your family fun! And your daughter is so the little fashionista - how cute is she wearing faux fur animal print and those cool red pants - with bow shoes to match! I adore this! Have a great weekend xx
ReplyDeleteI love that mug. Isn’t it so great that Swig can go in the dishwasher??? How cool to have the live nativity! Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteYour downtown area looks wonderful; like something out of a Christmas movie!
ReplyDeleteweird to see no masks ...looks like a different world down there!
ReplyDeleteWhat is the link to the earrings?
ReplyDeleteI think that first photo of your kids in front of the Christmas window should be sent to Hallmark. It's that good!
