Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

One of my very favorite recipes EVER is this white chocolate raspberry "copycat" nothing bundt cake and when we were bringing dessert to a friends house a few weekends ago I decided to try out making a chocolate chip bundt with that same to-die-for icing.  It was a HUGE hit and was seriously so easy!

Here's What You'll Need
- 1 package devils food cake mix
- 1 small box chocolate pudding (instant)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Here's What You'll Do

Step 1) Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, spray your bundt pan with Baker's Joy spray (or grease it and then dust it with flour)

Step 2) Mix the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil and water in a stand mixer.  Fold in the chocolate chips and pour into your prepared bundt pan.

Step 3) Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  Let it cool in the pan for about 15 minutes and then turn the cake over onto a wire rack.

Step 4) For the frosting you'll beat together the cream cheese and butter until it's light and fluffy.  Mix in the vanilla and powdered sugar and beat until it's creamy and smooth.  Fill a gallon ziplock bag with the icing and then pipe it onto your cake once the cake is completely cool.

I'd love to know what you think if you try this!   HAPPY Wednesday, friends!
