Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends!!! It's an EXTRA Happy Friday over here because we have an early release day and then it's THANKSGIVING BREAK!!! WOO HOO!!!

ErikaNarci and I are all sharing our FAVES today and we'd love it if you'd join us and share your own FAVORITES this week as well!  All you need to do is grab our graphic, link back to one (or all!) of us and share your own Friday Favorites post.

Luke went to the lake with my parents on Saturday and these two are always a MOOD together when he's gone :)  Watching the different relationships between my kids grow and change is one of my FAVORITE parts of parenthood.

Last week I got lots of questions about this outfit comprised of three of my FAVORITE pieces.

The sweater is one of my most-worn items EVER and I love it so much (and it's on sale HERE).  This is a size small and I find it to fit true to size (it's supposed to be an oversized fit) but I also have it in other colors in a medium which ends up being more of a tunic and a length that I can wear with leggings.  I love both sizes... it just depends on how you want to wear it.  The jeans are actually jeggings (praise hands!) and they hold EVERYTHANG in but are somehow still comfy.  The shoes have been a great addition to my closet as well and I've worn them A LOT and they're super comfy.

Wrapping presents is one of my FAVORITE parts of Christmas!  I shop and wrap well ahead of time because I love having wrapped gifts under our tree all season.

This girl has LOTS of opinions when it comes to picking out her clothes and seeing what she picks is my FAVORITE :)

Look how SWEET my FAVORITE first-grader was before school on Monday!

If you haven't tried these yet (I bought them at Costco) you need to grab them ASAP!  They almost taste like Smacks cereal (who remembers those???) and are my FAVORITE current snack.

We had our annual family pictures done on Monday afternoon and how easy it was was my FAVORITE - hahaha

Dave and I were joking about how it used to be a sweaty mess of someone crying, someone having boogers, someone not being cooperative AT ALL and it felt like a miracle when we got one great photo out of it all and now they're at such great ages where nobody really minds and everyone can smile on cue :)  #sweetspot

Their FAVORITE part was the Sonic run after.

A SWEET mom in Mason's class took pictures of all the kids at recess last week and this one of my FAVORITE number 25 made me smile EXTRA big :)

And this was my FAVORITE funny from the week...

... I laughed SO HARD!!!

Tuesday night we headed down to Dallas for the Drumline Live Holiday Spectacular but stopped at Shake Shack first...

WHY has no one told me how awesome it is and WHY is there not one in McKinney?!?!

The show was high energy, super entertaining and the music was UNREAL!

The musicians made their way out into the lobby at the end of the show and played more out in the lobby which was so fun.

Then they hung out to talk and take pictures.  It was awesome.

It was such a fun night!

And last but for sure not least... Mason's football team WON THEIR CHAMPIONSHIP last night!  It was such a great season and their team is my FAVORITE!!!

Happy HAPPY Friday, friends!!!

  4. I have a good 10 gifts wrapped already; I can not wait to put them under our tree (when it goes up next week). I too enjoy wrapping gifts and love having them spread out under our tree the whole season.
