What a week, y'all! I can't believe it's already Friday!
Erika, Narci and I are sharing our FAVORITES from the week and we'd love for you to join us - grab our graphic, link back to one (or all!) of us and share your post in the widget at the end of the post.
First up I wanted to give a shoutout to my FAVORITE sweater :) I fell in love with this sweater last Fall and bought it in a few colors over the Fall/Winter months. I love it so much because it's warm without being HOT, easy to layer a shirt underneath if I do end up needing more warmth and is a super cute fit. I picked it up in this pretty plum color and received lots of compliments on it already. I'm bragging on it extra hard right now because it's 40% off! WOO HOO!!!
I went to a luncheon yesterday and had a sub for the afternoon and got to do one of my most FAVORITE things - explore downtown a bit! I walked and sipped and shopped for about an hour and it was HEAVEN!
And here's the same sweater in cream...
I grabbed this book a couple of weeks ago and it's been so much fun to read. Each page is split into three sections that you can change independently creating an endless number of fairytale story combinations. It's been a bedtime FAVORITE :)
Sipping on Mommy's Starbucks is her FAVORITE...
... and I snapped some better pictures of my new FAVORITE cake since I made one to share with friends.
On Monday's post I mentioned that we went to a fall carnival at Play Street and today I'm sharing a few more pictures since Play Street events are our FAVORITE!
They had an absolutely incredible face painter who was so much fun to watch...
I can't even!
The "on wheels" location was there as well which is PRECIOUS!
We wrapped up the afternoon with cotton candy and a balloon unicorn - doesn't et much better than that!
And two of my FAVORITE girls at the Harvest Party...
... and one of Luke's FAVORITE friends EVER!
This may have been my FAVORITE picture from the night...
... and this was my FAVORITE part of the evening. Y'all... give me a newborn and I'm a happy girl!
Mason has a new FAVORITE pair of shoes :)
And Monday night Griffin attended Libby's princess party and dressed up as her FAVORITE princess.
Ariel was there and it was seriously the cutest little party.
Favorite dance partners :)
I mean!!!
Griffin has requested a princess at her birthday in April so I'll keep y'all posted :)
The party was so sweet and seeing Ariel was lovely but my FAVORITE part of the party was this hug right here :) Willow is SUCH A LOVE and gives the best, squishiest, most amazing hugs ever. We took approximately 45 selfies at her request and they all look like this or have one of us kissing the other ones cheek. hahaha
The party ended with an INCREDIBLE sunset - magic!
Happy Birthday, Libby!
Tuesday was Griffin's FAVORITE dance class to date because she got to wear a costume to class! (seriously... this has been the week of costumes - hahaha)
And I got to wear a costume as well to Erika's Halloween dinner. I opted for something simple and hopefully recognizable and went as Deb from Napoleon Dynamite :)
Erika knocked it out of the park and hosted the most beautiful (and delicious!) Halloween dinner ever. Everything was PERFECT and we had so much fun!
And last, but not least, I was cleaning up the playroom and this was taped up next to the art table...
... maybe it was just late or I was just tired but I almost peed my pants I was laughing so hard. Life with boys is my FAVORITE :)
We're crossing our fingers AGAIN this weekend in the hopes that the rain will hold off and Mason can FINALLY play flag football. We're looking forward to seeing some family and enjoying the sunshine.
HAPPY HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

ReplyDeleteCheers for the weekend. I hope the rain holds off for you all. I love the Deb costume!
ReplyDeleteSo much fun you all got into! The face painting is amazing and I'm obsessed with what they did with that Airstream! My husband and I just renovated a 1978 one and go out camping with our kids. Sierra Beautifully Candid
ReplyDeleteI love that sweater! Nordstrom site says to size down...curious if you sized down or got your regular size?
ReplyDeleteIt just depends on how you want it to fit... I wear a small (my normal size) and love it with jeans. The forearm part is more snug and the body is loose. I have one from last season in a medium that I can wear with tights or leggings as more of a dress/tunic.
DeleteThose fringe booties are so cute!! And you totally nailed it as Deb! It makes me want a caboodle. haha See you this afternoon! Hopefully we can nail that pirate trunk too!
ReplyDeleteThat Inspired Chick
That face painting is on point! And I loved your costume!!
ReplyDeleteThese are some pretty great favorites!! 😍 It’s just such a fun time of year!!
