Favorite Things Party (and a giveaway!!!)

Happy Monday, peeps!  The XL Weekend Wrap Up (I had a long weekend! Woohoo!) will be up tomorrow, because today is Erika and my Favorite Things Under $10 party!

I seem to link to A LOT of writing instruments, and today is no exception.  THESE Sharpies are ROCKING my world for grading papers.  Love the extra fine point, love the "flow", love it all. hahaha 

These aren't QUITE under $10 (they're actually $18), but they are too good not to share!  Hippie Chick is going to have these GORGEOUS Kendra Scott inspired earrings on her website tonight at 8 PM CST.  I am loving the black for Fall!

  

I decorated for Halloween this weekend (pics coming later this week!) and one of my very favorite things to use are the fake spiderwebs.  They're cheap, cheap, cheap and add a really spooky and festive touch to almost anything.  Throw up some spiderwebs and put out a pumpkin and you're good to go.

My next favorite is FREE! Well.... it could be if you win the giveaway :)

My favorite moccasin company, Freshly Picked, sent Griffin and Mason each a pair for Fall and I am LOVING them!  They arrived on Friday so they haven't had tons of time to wear them yet, but G sported her gold pair to church today and they looked ADORABLE with her Fall Matilda Jane :)

I tried them on her with a few different outfits and they were ALL fabulous!  They look great with leopard and an "understated" wrap :)

They're apparently great for a dance break (with a toothbrush in hand) as well :)

Mason is loving his pair, too!  I picked camo for him because I thought it was kind of the "boy version" of "leopard is a neutral" :)  Mason HATES wearing socks, and has pledged allegiance to his Natives for ever and ever... but I think these may have added another option for him in the mornings :)

He wanted to show me how he could "kick the air really hard".  Because, duh!

Moccs are also good for lounging with your kindle under your sister's blanket :)

One more outfit shot for GG :)  I wanted to pair the gold without any other gold accessories and LOVED how it looks.

Griffin's sweater and leggings are from the current Matilda Jane Fall Line (which you can order from me starting on Wednesday!!!  More details tomorrow!) and her headwrap is ivory lace by Ruby Blue.

I love Freshly Picked moccasins for my littles because they are EASY to get on, but I've never once had one fall off.  They're amazingly well made and their little feet make the sweetest impressions on the soles.  I let them wear their moccs wherever we go.... park, museum, errands, etc. and the other pairs we've had have always held up beautifully.  I think that they'll also make great "house shoes" this winter (we have lots of tile) since I never feel like socks (even with the grips) are all that safe for running around on hard surfaces.
