Out With A Bang!

Happy Hump Day, Friends!!!
Day One of inservice was awesome.  I loved seeing all my co-workers, was excited to get back in my classroom and am ready for a new batch of students.  It's going to be a GREAT school year!

Our BFG pool party was last night and we sent summer out with a BANG!  BFG stands for Bible Fellowship Group - and it's pretty much a big long word for Sunday School class :)

Dave and I joined this particular class right after we got married in 2005 and it has been SUCH a blessing.

Hard to believe that when we joined the class no one had kids. hahaha

And There are at least 5 kids that were there but didn't make it into the pic.

It was a wild and crazy night.

And look at Sweet Kenssington and Griffin! BESTIES!!!

We brought our giant inflatables that SOMEONE gave my kiddos for their birthdays and they were a HUGE hit. :)

Luke cannonballed his little heart out.  Seriously.

And I'm pretty sure that we're going to be arranging a marriage between Mason and Paisley :)

She gave him a total run for his money in the "party dance" department and I almost peed my pants I was laughing so hard.

THEY GOT DOWN!!!

Shaking their booties.
Yes, we're Baptist :) hehehe

LOOOOOOOOOOOVE these two little fish :)

We ended the night with a lifeguard photo-op...

... and some bunny chasing.

Several readers here and IG friends have asked about Mason and Luke's new shoes.  They're Jefferson Natives and we are officially the biggest fans EVER.

Mason HATES tennis shoes, and actually, he prefers to be barefoot as much as possible.  He also has really stinky little feet - and these don't stink at all.... so they're perfection.  If they're out in the grass and dirt their feet do get dirty - but I usually just wipe them off with a baby wipe when we get in the car.

Both boys wore them outside to play on Monday and the shoes were NASTY when they came in.  I washed them in warm soapy water in the sink and they dried within minutes and looked great.

They come in tons of fun colors and Luke is already asking if he can wear them to school. hahaha.

Check them out HERE if you're interested.  I think you'll probably be hooked too.

  9. Looks like such an awesome time! Our church is tiny so N and E are the only kids in the nursery-- can you believe that? I can't wait for the day we can have a special group like you all have :)

    1. WHAT?!?! The only ones??? That's CRAZY!! Our church has to separate kids into classes by the month they're born. So for example there's not one three year old class... there's four! Jan-Mar 2011, April - June 2011, July - September 2011 and October - December 2011. That's equally crazy :)
