What I Wore... and did :)

So I missed the What I Wore Wednesday party train yesterday - so I decided to show y'all a few outfits from this past week WHILE I talk about the last couple of days as well!  TWO-FER! :)

Last Thursday I ended up at the pediatrician with GG - and since it was a last minute appointment I was literally running out the door.  I threw on THIS buttondown with my go-to jeans and Kate Spade earrings.   Griffin was wearing her American Beauty dress (SOFTEST dress ever!), a Ruby Wrap in navy and the bunny - who hasn't left her side in close to a month :)

Sunday I wore this embroidered top by Johnny Was.  This is seriously one of the cutest and most unique brands ever.  I couldn't find my exact top, but THIS one is super cute and I really want THIS one too :)  I wore it with GAP Flared Jeans, wedges and a Lands End Tote (this one is similar)

Tuesday, Mason and Griffin and I spent the morning playing in their room while Luke went to Sports Camp.  I have a feeling that these two are going to be close :)

Mason was kissing her toes :)

Tuesday night GG wanted a turn on her brothers scooters.  She's as rough and tumble as they come and she wants to do everything they're doing.

Luke (who dressed himself as a ninja) was pulling her (while Dave was right there) on the scooter with a bungee cord - and she thought it was awesome :)

Wednesday morning we met some friends at the pool and GG was EXCITED!!!

We picked up my right-hand girl, Anna Grace, and we were off.  I was super glad to have AG there since GG was determined to get herself out of the floaty and Mason wants to be held in the water all. the. time.

Luke has been at Sports Camp all week - they do Tennis, Golf, lunch and swim - and here he is playing "Dead Man" in the pool.  Just what every mom wants to hear their child playing in the water :) hahaha

GG sporting some pool curls and a superhero mask. Duh.

Mason's busy morning caught up with him around 4:00.  Sweet boy.

Last night we had GIRLS NIGHT and it was so much fun! I mean, seriously.  I laughed so hard my cheeks hurt.  A lot.

I ended up with this crazy crew in my van...

... and I'm pretty sure I need this on a t-shirt :) hahaha

You can read about how I said I'd NEVER have a mini-van HERE (and how I learned my lesson about saying never say never again HERE and then again HERE. hahaha)

I'm pretty sure these ladies said they'd NEVER pose in front of a mini-van.... but here they are :)

Out with the girls I wore THIS top from Anthropologie and THESE pants from Hippie Chick. I am IN LOVE with the top. It's definitely ruffly - which I like - and I see myself wearing it all summer and then layered with a jacket this Fall.  I have the black and brown in my online shopping cart. hahaha
I have lots of "Fancy Pants" from Hippie Chick - but this pair may be my favorite.  I love the color, pattern and fit.  SO CUTE! (I MAY have gotten a little sun while waiting for Luke at the pool today. OOOPS!)

Don't forget that today is the last day to enter the Two Little Bees giveaway (TWO WINNERS!!!) and if you missed yesterday's recipe linky party it's not to late to link to your own recipe and check out everyone's delicious ideas.  Hope y'all have a fabulous day!!! :)

  13. You look adorable in all of these outfits!!! I am loving the ruffled shirt! I also love the pics of Mason and G- they remind me so much of my Luke and Claire...she is finally old enough to "play" with him, especially while Brady is at various things. Claire loves pushing that same lawnmower as G! Have a great day girly! :)

I just went back and read your "never say never" posts since I wasn't following you at the time and couldn't believe you were going to name her Griffin Henry as that is our baby Griffin's name!!! Great minds think alike ;)

  16. Would you mind sharing what size your pants from hippie chick are? I am actually expecting and think they would be a great non-maternity pant to add to my wardrobe! Thanks!
