Breakfast with Santa

Saturday morning we continued our annual tradition of going to have breakfast with Santa at the Country Club (yes, this was our second weekend in a row - last weekend was Pancakes with Buddy - pregnant Andrea is NOT complaining)

Mrs. Claus made the rounds...

... but Mason was WAY too busy coloring to bother looking up for a picture :)
*yes... he still has his black eye*

I helped Luke write his letter to Santa... he asked AGAIN for a Playmobil space station (Uh-Oh!).  "Santa" has been looking online for one and it turns out they were made in the 1970's and go for about $60 on eBay.  Santa is weighing her options :)

This year was extra fun because Gibi and Haha joined us!  Mason and Haha were having an important (and animated, apparently) conversation:

Chef Jamie came by to say "hey", and MAson thought that would be a good time to show him his "I can go limp and bend backwards way far" trick :)

This whole Breakfast with Santa setup is really nice because they call you up by family to meet with Santa so you don't have to wait in line.  When it was our turn Luke hopped right up in Santas lap to tell him about that dang Playmobil Space Station:

Looking through my DOZENS of pictures I snapped, I apparently should have been more concerned about getting Santa to look at me.  I guess he didn't get the memo that he was there for pics :)

There was a super cute "elf" off to the side holding a bag full of little stuffed reindeers... good plan... but SUPER distracting:

He didn't like it at all :)
(P.S. - his pants really DO fit... but you bet I'm extra glad that Dave put him in socks with SKULLS on them that morning! hahaha)

SANTA! GET WITH THE PROGRAM!!! YOU HAVE ONE JOB!!!! LOOK AT THE CAMERA!!!

After Santa pics we finished up our breakfast.  I think that Luke would move in with Gibi and Haha if he had that option... and I think that Haha would be relegated to the couch so these two could snuggle ALL THE TIME!!!

Despite the fact that Santa didn't want to be taking pictures we had THE BEST time.  The food was DELISH (Seriously... this isn't just pregnant Andrea talking... I'm all about a breakfast buffet!!!), the boys had a blast and we had a great time with Gibi and Haha!

I still can't believe as we do all these Christmas "traditions" this year that there will be ANOTHER McAnally with us next year!  (And how fun that she'll be sporting a BOW and not skull socks?!?!?!)
