Short and sweet this week because I'm sending my two FAVORITE boys on mission trips today! By the time you're reading this they'll be on their way so tonight (Thursday) I'm busy helping them with all the last-minute things and just trying to enjoy them before they leave!
Mason is heading to Costa Rica (the same trip Luke went on his freshman year) and Luke is heading to Dominican Republic. I am SO EXCITED for them to grow on this trip - to serve and build relationships with their classmates.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous a little bit but I know they're in good hands and I KNOW they're going to have a blast.
A church dodgeball tournament was a FAVORITE this week...
... and so was G getting her braces off!
This is the end of her "phase one" and can you believe how much she's changed?!?! The oral surgery she had last Spring Break was a total success and so now she gets a little bit of a break while we wait for some baby teeth to come in and then she'll get her second phase to finish things off.
I MEAN LOOK HOW PRECIOUS!!!
This kid had SO MUCH SCHOOL WORK this week and he knocked out like 7 major grades (tests and projects) like a total champ. Proud of him!
Luke was sick last week and has been struggling to get over the last lingering little bit - apparently an IV infusion is our new FAVORITE because he literally felt like a new person within hours!
This cutie made the golf team this week and it was a FAVORITE part of the week! Excited to see her play this season!
... and one of my FAVORITE old pictures of G showed up in my FB timeline this week. LOOK AT THAT BABY!!!
Kids on my bed wanting to chat is always a FAVORITE...
Baseball is still this girls new FAVORITE ;) hahaha
Last, but not least - some of my very FAVORITE girls are on the Varsity soccer team and they just won State for the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW!!! SO AWESOME!

ReplyDeleteNothing says teenage boy more than Luke in his wrinkled mission shirt! My "baby boy" turns 30 this year and I miss those days so much. Mine still shows up in wrinkled shirts some times!!
