I still can't believe it's December, y'all! CRAZY how fast time is flying! We had so much fun on Thanksgiving - I thought I'd share a quick recap before we dive into Christmas content ;)
We started our day bright and early at a local Turkey Trot - we tried this out last year and everyone loved it and so we did it again and it was just as much fun.
Dave, G and I walked the Miracle Mile with some friends from school while the boys ran the 5k event.

... and then headed to the donut shop to grab some kolaches to snack on while we watched the parade.
These two snuggled before heading outside to do some yard work (are you even hosting if you don't make your kids do yard work before everyone comes over?!?!?!)...
... while I wrapped up some cleaning, setup and cooking...
... later in the afternoon my brother and SIL and their boys along with my parents came over and we had the best time.

I ordered this coloring sheet on Amazon and was SO IMPRESSED with the quality!
Mason gave his cousins a TON of Pokemon cards so a bulk of the afternoon was spent sorting...
... always so glad that I held onto Duplo ;)
After lunch and some football watching we walked down to the park....

... and let everyone run off some energy before dessert.

... before wrapping things up for the night. It was a great day and we're so thankful we got to spend it with some of our favorite people!
