Weekend Recap

 Saturday morning started off early for everyone at our house.  The boys headed to Frisco where they were running in the Frosty 5k and I was cracking up at this picture that Dave sent me because they look like NFL players on their way into a game ;) hahahaha

Dave and both of the boys ran in the race and Frank joined them while living his very best life :) 

They ran the Party in the USA 5K back in July and since they completed the Frosty one as well they earned the "Fire and Ice Challenge" medal as well. 

Sunday afternoon I donned my festive attire and headed to a friends house who had her home on the McKinney Historic Holiday Home Tour.

I was a docent in her GORGEOUS home for the afternoon and had the best time.

G was part of her dance studio's Christmas show on Saturday which made for a very full day for her as well. 

I can't believe that we've reached the point where she's totally independent backstage (quick changes included!) and she has the best time performing and being with her friends.

Miss Shelly has been one of her dance teachers since she switched studios probably 6+ years ago.  She's the BEST!

She was in several numbers...

... and did wonderfully in all of them.

After her show we had my parents over for snacks and tea - our favorite.

We're in the single-digit school-days countdown to Christmas break and I can't believe it!
