Thanksgiving 2024

Back from my impromptu little break after a WONDERFUL Thanksgiving.  We traded in a late start and cinnamon rolls for a local turkey trot - because apparently that's what happens when your kids participate in running sports ;) hahaha

G, Frank and I did the Miracle Mile...

... and then the boys all ran the 5K.  The whole event benefitted Miracle League and despite some REALLY cold temperatures and freezing wind we had a great time and I'm 99% certain this will be a new tradition for our family.

SUCH a fun morning!

We had to run by HEB on the way home because I forgot corn and Frank was not loving the kids leaving him...

When we got home we finished cooking...

... and G put the finishing touches on some little place cards the night before and helped me set the table ;) 

 

My parents came by for lunch and we had lunch...

... and dessert and watched Christmas with the Kranks, puzzled and watched football.
