HAPPY FRIDAY, friends! WHAT A WEEK! I feel like I'm just going to keep saying that until school is over in May ;) But for real - it was a busy and fun week!
Yesterday was Luke's last track meet of the season so Mason, my dad and I headed to Brook Hill to watch him run.
SUPER proud of all the progress he's made this season. HE ended with PRs in both of his events and you can't really ask for more than that!
On our way out to Tyler we stopped in at Stanley's BBQ which is ALWAYS a FAVORITE...

Y'all. We need to talk about the eclipse! I really didn't know what to expect and I was pretty skeptical of all the hype BUT it absolutely surpasses my expectations. This is NOT my pic...
... but I thought it was too cool not to share. Our entire school went out onto the football field and watched it and it's for sure an experience I won't forget.
I bought a zinnia plant last week and having these around the house has been my FAVORITE!
Last weekend I took these crazies downtown for some arcade time and found them on a corner smoking candy cigarettes. hahahaha. Middle schoolers are my FAVORITE!

G tried out for middle school cheer last week and made it! She has her uniform fitting today and couldn't be more excited.

My FAVORITE part was watching her brothers be so encouraging and supporting during tryout week...
... and watching her work through some BIG nerves and do so so so well!
Ice cream with friends was a FAVORITE...

This weekend we have Mason's first school dance, cheer uniform fittings and LUKE GETS HIS LICENSE TODAY (fingers crossed!)

What a fabulous week of favorites; though it does make me smile that it was your son's last track meet of the season while my son's first meet was this week!
