Weekend Top 8

 

Well, we're all back in town and under one roof and on Spring Break so my heart is SO HAPPY right now!  

- BIG DOG BUSINESS -

Friday started off with G's "Big Dog Business" day which was super exciting.  The entire 5th grade was split into groups and they created businesses and on various Fridays they got to set up shop and sell their products. 

They sold drinks, peanut butter balls, cookies and brownies and operated in 5th grade currency "big dog bucks".  

They were super successful and I have no doubt that this will be a core memory for her.  They had to get a business license, pay taxes, etc.  SO FUN!

- LIVE FREE! -

My parents found a baby slider turtle and Mason took it down to the creek to release it...

SO TINY! It swam off and we're hoping he lives his best creek life ;)

- MY OWN BED -

After sleeping in a tent for three nights I'm extra grateful for my own comfy cozy bed complete with snuggly kitty ;)

- ROSIE IS FOUR -

Rosie turned four last week and we couldn't let the week pass without celebrating her ;)

Peanut butter, cheese and dog biscuits on a Hawaiian roll...

- THE BEST -

We all slept in on Saturday morning and somehow everyone ended up in our bed.  NOT MAD ABOUT IT!

- NATURAL HABITAT -

Back in my natural habitat and loving it ;)

- HE'S BACK! -

Luke got home from his trip to Costa Rica on Friday night and we were all so excited to see him!  Grateful for an awesome trip and the teachers who took him!  Mrs Pajela has known Luke since he was a baby and now he gets to travel with her!

- END OF SEASON GAME -

Mason's basketball season officially wrapped up with a blue/white game on Friday night.  He got an award for having the highest GPA for both middle school teams and had a blast playing against his buddies.

We have zero plans for this week which I'm super excited about.  Ready to rest and relax and enjoy some time at home ;). HAPPY MONDAY, FRIENDS!
