Happy October, friends! I got out our Halloween decor this past weekend despite the very un-festive heat and am so glad I did.
I found these cute garlands a while ago at Homegoods and LOVE THEM so much. I'm really loving mango wood and felt like they were the perfect mix of neutral and festive.
I added the black gauzey cheesecloths that I've had forever and some of these twinkle lights
I added a big jack-o-lantern to the console table...
... and a smaller one to the little nook...
... I found these cute metal bats HERE and I love that I can just stick them in my plants and make them instantly festive. (pot here)
The medium jack-o-lantern is a perfect size for a volcano candle (the colored jars, not the mercury glass jars) and then I added these little bats to my plant...
More bats!
I have a stack of Halloween plates out for easy access...
... and some cute and simple dish towels.
I kept some fun drinkware here on the island...
... and added a couple of ghosts to this cabinet.
More bats in the prayer plant on the kitchen table...
... and a strand of large clay beads with my swan in the dining room.
I put out a few more ghost mugs, large crow and jackolantern here in the dining room...
Griffin created a "trick-or-treat town" on the shelves in the living room....
... using the galvanized houses I've had for years and some Halloween trick-or-treaters I found at Anthropologie and Amazon.
EVEN CUTER at night!
HAPPY Wednesday and Happy October!
