Friday Favorites

Erika and I are so excited that lots of y'all are linking up with us every week.  Make sure that you're grabbing our graphic, linking back to us and sharing your own Friday Favorites post ;)

I'm not even going to pretend that I don't LOVE crafting Valentine's boxes with my kids and with only one kid needing a box this year I REALLY enjoyed the process with G....

She told me she wanted to make a koala box and so I started looking for ideas on how we could make it happen and came across this greeting card...

... we made a plan and headed to Hobby Lobby for supplies and I don't think it could have turned out any cuter!

Basically, we drew out the pieces on this thick cardboard stuff, she cut them out and then we covered them with the gray minky fabric using hot glue.

The "face" is glued to a big box (that she also covered in fabric) and she made a valentine's day party hat to finish it off ;)

She named him Todd which cracked us up.

Another FAVORITE was some bday party Main Event time (any my FAVORITE part was that I didn't go - hahahaha - arcades are my personal hell)...

... but getting pics was for sure a FAVORITE!

Sleepovers with sweet friends were a FAVORITE...

... and Super Bowl sunday is always one of our FAVORITES.

Luke had a friend over, I wore my new FAVORITE hoodie...

... and Mason hung out at a friends house but brought a batch of our FAVORITE cookie dough so he could bake cookies over there ;)

Weekend sports are our FAVORITE...

.... especially when cousins come to watch ;)

We celebrated Valentine's Day a day early since we had a night full of activities...

... and had my kids favorite pizza pasta...

... garlic bread, salad and crumbl cookies.

I accidentally bought orange tulips instead of red so I mixed things up and did a "non-traditional" table which was fun...

Mason made his own valentines and they were the BEST!

Last, but not least - Mason and Luke are both doing 30-hour famine next weekend where they get sponsors and go without food for 30 hours to raise money and provide food for children currently in a food crisis.  World Vision is an incredible organization and if you're interested you can....

HAPPY Friday, friends!!!
