Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends!  Erika and I are so excited that lots of y'all are linking up with us!!!!  If you're linking up with us make sure you grab our graphic, link back to one (or both!) of us and share your own Friday Favorites post.

First up on my list of FAVORITES is lunch!  Being home for the summer means we have time to make real lunches and apparently we're all loving it :)  Griffin put her own lunch together yesterday (aside from cutting the apple) and she was so proud!  If there was any doubt that she made it herself just check out all that sugar on the strawberries! hahahaha

I wonder where she gets her love of a "little bits of lots of things" lunch from :)

We typically go on walks after dinner and one night this week Rosie just couldn't hang and we had to take a rest mid-walk...

Water balloon fights were a FAVORITE...

... cartooning with  our lightboard was a FAVORITE...

.... and apparently dance night was a FAVORITE because Rosie REALLY wanted to go :)

Last, but not least - we've been working on puzzles this week which is everybody's FAVORITE...

We did the "magic puzzle" in one day as a family and it was seriously so much fun.  It comes with a surprise at the end and it was so detailed and different and entertaining.  It came with a list of fun things to find within the puzzle and the surprise ending was awesome.  I've already ordered the Island magic puzzle.  You can shop some of our favorite puzzles (including these two) at the bottom of this post.

I'll see y'all back here on Tuesday!  I hope you have a wonderful Memorial Day weekend with your families.   Our family is so grateful for those who have given and those who continue to give.

  3. I love that top puzzle. Where did you get it? That's a great lunch that Griffin put together. Did she eat it all? When my daughter was little we used to do the muffin tin lunches.

  4. I love snacky meals like that (and self- sufficient kids that can pull most of their own together too!). Those puzzles look so neat!
