Amazon Lately

I feel like it wasn't that long ago that I shared a round of Amazon purchases but I'm back today with more because apparently I've had some good finds as of late.

First up is  this set of throw down bases that is headed to school with Mason.  While he still gets recess daily they've limited some of their regular games (football, gaga ball, etc) and the approved game of choice right now is kickball.  They didn't have any bases so this was a request from their teachers to add to their classroom cart and I was more than happy to fill that need.

Next up is  this beginner snare drum set.  Luke picked percussion at school and we ordered him this set to have at home for practice.  It's not the best sounding snare drum ever but it'll be great for him as he learns.

Now that we're back in school Griffin has been requesting braids and buns and all the things in the morning so I restocked our hair drawer with  this container of little clear elastics.  They're REALLY stretchy and I think they're just as great as the Goody packs I would typically buy at Target.

And when I checked out with the elastics I added  these little tools to my cart as well and I'm not really sure how I've been doing little girl hair for all these years without them.  You just hook them through the tiny elastics, pull and they cut the elastics so you don't have to rip them out of their hair.  I have a couple in my bathroom drawer and a couple in Griffin's dance bag.

I started buying  Puracy hand soap last year and it was time to order a refill.  It smells great, leaves our hands soft, has no sulfates or other harsh chemicals and is made in the USA.  That's more than I ever anticipated talking about hand soap but here we are - it's great! :)

Sheaffer talked about  this counter organizer on her blog and I went back and forth about ordering it and am SO GLAD I did!  I'll get on Instagram stories later today and show y'all how I organized it but I loved that I can adjust the shelves to fit various size products.

I feel like I could write an entire blog post JUST on  this NeilMed sinus rinse.  I have used saline nasal spray for years but after SO MANY people messaged me about this rinse last week I decided to give it a try and I'm officially hooked.  I've suffered with "chronic sinusitis" for years and essentially the minute my allergies flare up (which can be often here in North Texas) my sinuses throw in the white flag and essentially just quit working.  This rinse essentially "cleans out" your nasal packages and washes out a lot of the crud and pollen that causes my issues and I'm not sure I've ever breathed easier.  I've tried (and HATED) the neti pot mainly because there wasn't enough pressure to get the rinse to actually go "through" my nose but this does!  I've been using it twice a day for the past week and even have my kids doing it as well.  We're all breathing easier!

Every year I have file folders for each of my classes and I feel like by the end of the first month they're totally trashed.  I grabbed  this set last week and am obsessed because they're plastic (and will hopefully hold up better) and came in a set of 6 colors (and I have six classes)

I also picked up a couple packages of  these labels.  They're my absolute FAVORITE and I needed more to label all of Luke's new middle school uniform pieces and a few new hoodies and other misc things.  They last through the dishwasher and washing machine and don't require an iron.  WIN!

I mentioned  these jewelry organizers in my Friday Favorites last week but they're worth mentioning again.  I have them in the top drawer of my dresser - the one that's kind of hidden and shallow and I'm using them to organize bracelets and I love them so much!  I put all my stud earrings into the tray with 16 openings and have the lid on it stacked in my closet.  PERFECTION!

I'd love to know what fun finds you've had on Amazon lately!  HAPPY Tuesday, friends!

  6. The NeilMed rinse is THE BEST! I've been using it for almost 10 years and it is a game changer. (I encourage newbies to try it in the shower - that way you don't have to worry about any mess.) And I need to order those labels! Preschool is around the corner (hopefully, in person - fingers crossed!).
