Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends!   Erika Narci and I are all sharing our FAVORITES from the week and we'd love it if you'd join us!  Just link back to one (or all!) of us, grab our graphic and link up at the bottom of the post.
Fishing has still been a FAVORITE activity...

We've been rescuing little red ear sliders from the street...

... watching daddy remove the hooks :) ...

... and reeling in some HUGE catfish!!!

Nights at the pond are some of my FAVORITE!

We visited Play Street in Allen earlier this week... it's one of our FAVORITE ways to spend an afternoon.  I get some reading done and they play for EVER!

Anyone else's kids LOVE letterbots?!?!?!

Mason drew a really cool playground...

... and 3-D fishing picture...

 and Griffin stenciled.

I recently found a new FAVORITE Etsy shop.   This little dachshund dress is from there and it couldn't be cuter!

Evenings at the pool have been a FAVORITE part of the week...

And on Wednesday we met Beau, Davis and Aunt Diana (my nephews and SIL) at the Perot Museum.  One of our FAVORITE places with some of our FAVORITE people!

Sweet little profiles!

The last time we were there was Spring Break and since then they've added a paleo lab where you can watch paleontologists work on excavating fossils.  It is SO COOL!!!  There were TVs above where you could get a close up view of what they were working on and it was really really neat.

And it wouldn't be a trip to the Perot without splashing in the water on your way out ;)

LOVE these cute cousins!!! (and so excited to add two more little guys to future pics!!!)

After the museum we all made our way over to my brother's office, had lunch and checked out the view from their rooftop deck.  Super cool views!

After we left Dallas the kids and I decided to swing by UTD.  Dave and I both graduated from there and, honestly, haven't been back on campus since.  It has changed SO MUCH but we had fun walking around and checking out all of the beautiful buildings, fountains and landscaping that they've added to campus.

I would LOVE it if any of them chose UTD - it's an amazing school!

Look who's sporting a little green and orange instead of purple :)

After a Sonic stop and a quick trip home this was the scene in the backseat.  It was a busy day!

We have  a new FAVORITE puzzle.  SO SO SO CUTE!!!

And there's my girl carrying in her FAVORITE float to the pool :)  I told her if she brought it she had to carry it.  Got it done!

and my FAVORITE 8-year-old living his best life eating a cookie on his hoverboard :)

One of my FAVORITE days of the year is coming up next week and just in case you're still looking for something to round out your patriotic attire lots of the items below are available to get in time!

HAPPY Friday, friends!!!
