This week was a great one and jam packed with lots and lots of love and lots of FAVORITES.
Erika, Narci and I are sharing our FAVORITES from the week and if you'd like to join us all you have to do is grab our graphic, link back to one (or all!) of us and add your link at the bottom of the post.
First up is Mason't basketball picture. We got them back on Sunday afternoon and I can't stop laughing. ;)
The picture below is of him and a friend from his class and it's MUCH more his personality :) two of my FAVORITE cute kiddos!
The next picture has several favorites... a glitter clip, lots of pink, curls and twirls!
And look at these pretty pink Natives!!! I feel like her feet grew overnight and she can barely squeeze her feet into her other pair, so we packed those up and got a new pair for Spring/Summer!
And the same went for Mason! He had outgrown his beloved mismatched pairs and wasn't quite big enough for Luke's old ones so it was a new pair for him as well! He is OBSESSED with this color and they even glow in the dark :)
If you're new around here then you need to know that my kids LIVE in Natives all Spring and Summer (and Fall too!). They are so easy to clean, are great for park, playdates, splash park, in and out of the pool, etc. They wash up well and are just a great value. Natives are our FAVORITE!
Dave got this little bookmark from Mason for Valentine's Day and it is the sweetest! If you have a little one be sure to screenshot this and save it for next year :) (those are his thumbprints on the top!)
We kept it low key on Valentine's morning - heart shaped donuts, Pokemon cards and figures for the boys and this Belle costume for Griffin (sidenote - I bought it a while ago and it was under $30... so maybe wait for it to go on sale).
I wish I had taken a picture of her opening it up because y'all.... it was magical :)
And then this happened...
I can't even!!! And all of this was pre-7 a.m.
As my kids get older I'm learning to let go of my "Pinterest-Mom" tendencies and it is so much fun to see their own creativity come out. Luke had to make a box or bag to hold his Valentines so he picked one out of my little stash and look what he made all on his own! FAVORITE Valentine bag ever :)
Once a month parents come in and set up lunch for the Middle School staff and y'all... it's probably my FAVORITE day of the month :) I mean... check this out!!! (please note the cookies on the tiered tray... because those will be important in a minute)
I was volunteering in Mason's class Valentine's party and when I showed up I found out that I was supposed to bring the snack. Ummmm.... what? hahaha I had a brilliant brainstorm and....
.... see those cookies on the table??? Do they look familiar??? ;) hahaha
Thankfully there were no less than about 4 dozen of those cookies left after lunch. It was a total #momwin and my FAVORITE co-workers were more than happy to get rid of a few of the sweets in our workroom :)
And that afternoon Griffin was back in her FAVORITE dress :)
Did anyone else's kitchen table look like this on Tuesday afternoon???
Me and Mason :) My FAVORITE art of the week!
Dave had to work Valentine's night and so the kids and I celebrated with breakfast casserole for them...
... and favored in Zoe's Kitchen for me after they were in bed. #amen
Anna Grace left me a bday gift and y'all LOOK!!! New FAVORITE earrings for sure!!!
For my birthday we headed to my FAVORITE pizza place after school. Conveniently Luke had fallen DIRECTLY into mud earlier that day. Ugh. :)
These are their pizza faces! Pizza is our FAVORITE!
Sidenote - Mason and I love to play this game where one of us will draw a shape and then the other person adds to it to make something. Mason drew the oval and I made it into a cow and I drew an oval and he turned it into the pig/bear. Such a fun game!
We headed to basketball pictures for Luke and then home for carrot cake (my FAVORITE!) It was seriously the best day.
It has been GORGEOUS here again and so we've been spending lots of time outside - FAVORITE!
And taking lots of walks after dinner - the best.
And last but not least... this made me laugh so hard and if you have an extra 5 mins today you have got to watch it :)
Basketball is over and baseball hasn't started yet so I feel like we have a big part of our weekends back. We're hoping to see the Lego Batman Movie, spend lots of time outside and head to the lake!
Hope y'all have a fantastic Friday and a wonderful weekend!!!
