Tuesday

Tuesday morning I was able to sneak in some snuggle time with my little man before he headed off to Miss Lisa's for the day.  He was eating cereal and making silly faces when I tried to take a picture.

This is Mason in the morning on his way out, but when I picked him up, Lisa told me that when they were playing outside he ran up to her and goes, "ISA... I picked you fowers!" and handed her three flowers that he had picked for her.  Except... instead of just picking them, he uprooted them and handed them to her with dirty roots attached.  She said he had the BIGGEST most proud little grin ever. LOVE HIM :)

After the boys were gone in the morning my little assistant and I started working on Slightly Askew projects... except my assistant was asleep on the job.

After a spit up, new outfit...

Stretching it out in her crib... look at those little flexed toes!

Second change of the day.  Ready to go to Sam's and to pick up her brothers...

It was about 2:30 when we left which is my "low point" during the day.  Without caffeine I SERIOUSLY drag from about 2:30 - 3:30 and so the heavens opened up and the angels sang when I reached into my diaper bag and found this!

No makeup, dirty hair in a sloppy bun... BUT I do have on a coordinating scarf!

Chatting it up with Daddy when he got home from work.  She apparently had big things to say :)

Mason being Mason... he can go from happy to miserable in about 0.5 seconds.
This was at dinner after we told him that he was not allowed to repeatedly slide his plate across the table.  He pitched a huge fit and then didn't want me to look at him.  Oh, terrible twos... how I loathe thee.

Now that Griffin is having more "alert" time, we're trying to start establishing a "loose" schedule/routine.  Yesterday I fed her at 4:30 p.m. and instead of waking her up at 7:30 to eat like I normally would, I let her sleep until she woke up on her own.  She woke up at 8:30 and I fed her, we "played" and gave her a bath.  I "topped her off", swaddled her up and she as OUT by 9:45.  Sweet girl slept until 2:00 a.m.! YAY!  She's done longer stretches on random nights (as well as much shorter - hahaha), but we're hoping we can make this a habit.  She was back down by 2:45 and then slept until 6:00 a.m.
Still can't believe that this sweet girls is THREE WEEKS old today!  Time is FLYING BY!
She is such a sweet, sweet baby and I wish I could freeze time and bottle up her little sounds and snuggles. :)
