Last Friday

Friday morning Dave went into the boys room to get them up and as he was opening the door he could hear them whispering, "Daddy's coming! Daddy's coming!" and when he walked in he found these two goof balls in Luke's bed... both with Mason's pacis :)

Griffin and I had to be at the pediatrician at 9:00 for her 1-month check up and I wasn't too surprised to hear that she'd grown... but I WAS surprised to hear that she had gained a pound and a half in just two weeks!  She jumped from the 32nd to 57th percentile in weight!  She's chunking up!!!

After a quick HepB vaccine we packed up and headed out...

We ran a couple of errands (including a trip to the Starbucks Drive Thru!) and then were home for breakfast (chocolate chip cookie dough - hahaha) and to wrap up a couple of things before leaving to set up the dance.

We met several of my student government kids at The Heard to decorate and Griffin trucked right along with me despite the 7000% humidity as we were taking supplies in from the car :)

After setting up we rushed home to meet up with the boys and I ironed Griffin's outfit for the night, which is notable because I don't EVER iron my own clothes :)  I think I've only ironed kids clothes in the last 5 or so years.

While I nursed Griffin on the couch I saw an accident about to happen...

And after dinner I got Griffin ready for the semi-formal. ADORABLE!!! :)

We PARTIED it up with 85 7th and 8th graders (she slept the ENTIRE time!) and came home to find Haha watching golf (and my boys - hehehe).  Griffin got in a few snuggles and then we called it a night.

The middle school semi-formal was my last "official" school event that I had to plan, organize and attend.  I have lots going on this week, but it's all fun events (that other people planned!) including graduation and our last staff lunch for the year.  I still can't believe that the school year is almost over and can't wait to have all three of my munchkins home with me!
