What's Up Wednesday

    Today I'm linking up with  Shay and  Sheaffer to talk a little bit about what's been going on around here! I started this post Tuesday afternoon and then was IN BED AND ASLEEP by 8:30 Tuesday night and never finished! So here we are ;)

I have been on a MAJOR salad kick recently! I'm loving the mediterranean crunch kit from Costco with grilled chicken.

Still not ready to talk about Luke being a senior because #allthefeels but a lot of my reminiscing has been Luke-related because HOLY COW time has flown! 

Anthropologie brought back their bauble ornaments and they're SO GOOD! Y'all know that these are my favorites and our playroom tree is filled with them. Last year y'all were beating down my door for the details but they didn't bring them back last year but NOW THEY'RE BACK!

I MEAN JUST LOOK AT THEM!!!

We're still in the pool, y'all! IT HAS BEEN SO HOT and we've been making the absolute most of pretty much the only outdoor activity we can ;) hahaha

Just more heat at this point. It's been SO BAD and I can't stand it anymore!!! hahaha HELP MEEEEEEEE!

Keeping my bedroom tidy ;) I know that I sound like I'm 12 when I say that but if you've been reading my blog for a while then you might know that my achilles heel is my bedroom when work gets crazy. hahaha 

It's like I have the mental bandwidth to carry everything else EXCEPT hanging up my clothes ;) 

I got this dress in the mail last month and it's even better in person than it is online! I absolutely adore it!

The style is perfect for hot weather but the color is giving Fall which makes it the perfect back-to-school dress.

Last month I said I was watching The Summer I turned Pretty after trying to get into it multiple times and that I'd update you with my final thoughts. My final thoughts are that while it was entertaining I'm not team Jeremiah or team Conrad because I found all of them (including Belly) to be pretty annoying by the end. hahaha

That said - if you need something to binge just power through the first two episodes and it's pretty entertaining.

I'm currently not reading much of anything (typical for me at the beginning of the school year) - but when I do dive back in it'll be into The Bright Years 

On repeat at our house...

If I say cooler temperatures will y'all be super annoyed ;) hahaha BUT SERIOUSLY! I'm honestly just looking forward to it not being 90 degrees on the way to school please and thank you.
