This is one of my absolute favorite games to pull out in a pinch because it's zero prep and involves an unlimited number of players. It couldn't be easier and if you have time to play multiple rounds you can have multiple winners and/or have a winners round at the end for bonus points. This week I needed a quick game before our devotional time and G and her bestie ended up coming in first and second ;)
Essentially, everyone stands up and puts their hands on their head or their tail (their back/hiney/etc) ;) You flip a coin (or use a coin flipper app - super handy!) and call out either heads or tails and if your hands aren't in the right spot you sit down and you just continue going until you have a winner. Couldn't be easier! Once we get down to 3-4 players I make them face away from each other and it's as easy as that. I started with 150+ kids and it took 7 coin flips to get a winner - so it's quick as well.
