I was SO READY for the weekend and it did not disappoint! After re-entry into real life I was exhausted and ready for a couple of days of nothing!
Things that made me happy this weekend included a slowwwwww Saturday with lots of tea refills...
... and time to work on a puzzle that a friend gifted me.
Getting our last two Christmas trees packed away made me happy as does the super fun and colorful scene that unfolds when taking all the ornaments off.
I had time to finish an audiobook while I got our lives a bit more organized (groceries ordered, meals planned, laundry caught up, etc)
And time to put up some twinkle lights since the lack of twinkles was unacceptable ;)
Time to play Carcassonne as a family made me extra happy....
... and so did these two Sunday morning buddies cheesin' ;)
Frank in a kiwi box made me happy...
... and so did this sweet scene on Saturday morning. G wasn't feeling great last week and missed a bit of school so seeing her up in her jammies with a hot tea and tissues working on homework was extra sweet.
Some fun new ornaments for our crazy playroom tree made me happy...
... and so did seeing Luke working on a mini-puzzle ;) Warmed my puzzle-loving heart!
Taking these happies with me this week as I head back into a full week of #allthethings
