Today I'm sharing my "game of the year". Students have LOVED this, it involves a bunch of kids, and once you have the noodles it's pretty much zero prep.
RULES:
1. Each player holds two pool noodles. One is designated as your SWORD and the other must be used as your TORCH.
2. Your torch has a flame (a red solo cup) that you must protect from extinguishing (falling to the ground off your noodle). Once your torch is extinguished, you are eliminated and must leave the battle field.
3. Your sword (the other pool noodle without a cup on it) must be used to attack other players in the other houses in attempt to extinguish their torches or should be used to block incoming attacks from other knights. It should not be used to randomly hit other knights.
4. You can not hit other nights in their helmet (head)
5. The final team with a remaining player wins!
If you play make sure that you keep an eye on the players to make sure they're holding their torches at the end and not in the middle like the pic below ;)
I bought these noodles and then just cut them in half using a bread knife. We've used them A TON and they've held up perfectly.
