Friday Favorites

 Happy Friday, friends! Erika and I are so excited that lots of y'all are linking up with us every week.  Make sure that you're grabbing our graphic, linking back to us and sharing your own Friday Favorites post ;)

IT'S CHRISTMAS BREAK!!!! I could end the post right there and that would be the end of it because CHRISTMAS BREAK IS MY FAVORITE!!!  But I have lots of fun and festive things to share so here we go ;) 

These two snuggle bugs are a FAVORITE...

... and they've been spending lots of time together on the couch studying for exams.  In the pic below Frank is tucked right in under her Chromebook ;) 

Festive puzzles are my FAVORITE! I can't want to start knocking out lots of my faves this week! (linked this one here)

Last Saturday night was one of our FAVORITE McKinney events - the Christmas Parade of Lights!

She and I popped into a couple of stores and HAD to check out the Jellycats at Ambrosia ;) 

We ran into one of my former students....

... and had some pie with friends before getting to the staging area.

McKinney is BIG but somehow this still feels (kind of) small and I just love it so much.

I was able to stop by one of my FAVORITE stores last week....

... and cozy Christmas day at school was a FAVORITE.

Our Small Group Christmas party was a FAVORITE...

... and watching three of my FAVORITE people on stage at Church is always a FAVE.  (G is in the choir, Luke is on timpani and Dave is on percussion)

Meanwhile, Mason and I were having a PJ party in the nursery with some of our FAVORITE little friends ;) 

I totally forgot to mention this last week, but it was Shay's annual Favorite Things and recipe exchange party and it was THE BEST TIME!  and y'all... I WON! Every year everyone votes and I brought this creamy chicken gnocchi soup and came home the winner!  I don't get to see these girls NEARLY enough but when we do we just pick up right where we left off and it's the absolute best. 

Errands are even a FAVORITE when they're festive ;) 

... and our FAVORITE cookies were a must for studying this week.

Introducing friends to one of our FAVORITE restaurants was a fave...

... and so was some super fun girl time.

Whew! That was a lot.  Today I have a staff Christmas party thing and then I'm DONE!  Cue the baking and light-looking and ALL THE COZY TIME!
