Costco Faves: Hosting Edition

I hosted some girls at my house last night and felt like my little spread was pretty much "brought to you by Costco" and wanted to share some of my hosting favorites that would be PERFECT to bring to or have out at Thanksgiving.  Literally each of these items someone asked me about last night and so I felt like the time was right to share!

First up - this cranberry jalapeno dip.  Listen, y'all.  DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS!!! It's in the upper left of the tray and it is next level good.  I talked about it last year and it's a seasonal item so grab it!

It was PERFECT with these bagel chips which were new to me but the absolute best bagel chip I've ever had.  They were crunchy but not super thick and they had a ton of flavor.

The star of the show was this baked brie with fig jam - I popped it in the oven for about 20 minutes before everyone got her and it was PERFECTION.  Dave isn't really a brie fan but even he loved the leftovers when he got home.

These salami and prosciutto roll ups are something I keep on hand for snacks and I was able to pull those out as well - they're a great school snack but are also so easy to pop on a little appetizer platter like this.

Excuse my horrific photography - but another thing that I keep on hand is the chicken salad - Dave often takes it for work and it also got rave reviews with the crackers and bagel chips.

Last, but not least - we always have pecans in the fridge which are easy to pop onto a quick tray like this and then the kale salad was actually this one from Walmart.  It's my absolute favorite and I ended up texting out a pic of the bag to the girls after which means it's an A+

HAPPY Thursday and happy hosting!
