Weekend Recap

This past weekend was PACKED with lots of my favorite things like these Mother's Day flowers from my sweet kids and Dave...

CAN YOU EVEN!?!?!  When I changed out the water the yellow container was wet and so I popped the whole thing into a white one I had and I love that as well1 It's just so good!

This sweet card from Mason was as FAVORITE...

... and so was Mother's Day dinner.  I'm ALWAYS picking a meal at home over a dinner out.

Saturday morning we were up bright and early for G's ballet dress rehearsal where we got to see some of our FAVORITE friends...

I ran by Trader Joe's to grab flowers and put together a bouquet for G...

... and then a bouquet for sweet Eleanor's first recital ;)

Dressed and ready for a second dress rehearsal and two shows!

G's lyrical piece was in show one...

... and then she and I jetted over to Whataburger for sweet tea and a burger ;)

Back and settled in to get ready for show 2.  I love that she's at the age where she really does pretty much everything independently. I helped her make sure she had everything she needed and went and read in the auditorium before the show.

Such a precious show and she's already talking about how she wants to add classes next year.

After the show with Eleanor...

Mason came to her early-morning dress rehearsal because he had a birthday party to go to but Luke LOVED being there ;) hahaha

Peace out! See you next season ;) Recital days are A LOT but she loves it and we love seeing her do something she loves!

Sunday was SUPER low key which was exactly how I like it.  Church, it was our week to serve in the nursery, post-church naps and dinner at home.  AMEN.

The end-of-the-year craziness is upon us, y'al!  HAPPY Tuesday, friends!
