Sausage Squares

 

Sausage squares are one of the easiest and tastiest things to make - they're great for breakfast or as an appetizer and they reheat really well.  

What You'll Need...

- 2 packages of crescent rolls

- 1 lb sausage

- 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese

What You'll Do...

1) Put one of the packages of crescent rolls between two pieces of parchment paper.  Roll them out a bit and then place the flattened pieces on a parchment lined baking sheet.

2) Brown and drain the sausage and then melt in the package of cream cheese.  

3) Spread the sausage cream cheese mixture onto the prepped sheet of crescent roll dough and then top with the second package of dough, also pressed out.  

4) Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes, keep an eye on them as they cook until they're golden brown.

5) Cut and serve warm
