Friday Favorites

Erika and I are so excited that lots of y'all are linking up with us every week.  Make sure that you're grabbing our graphic, linking back to us and sharing your own Friday Favorites post ;)

First up - Father's Day! I took like 3 photos and one of them was the cake I made topped with the Father's day photos we giggle about every year ;)

I feel like I've shared an over abundance of recital photos BUT the professional photos of her dances came in and I HAVE to share because that's what moms do ;) They're all my FAVES! (plus you pay like 5000 dollars for them so EVERYONE NEEDS TO SEE THEM! hahahaha)

I ordered this dress in the stripes and black and it's a new FAVORITE for sure!  It's darling and easy and a great price.  The straps DO fall down on me which is weird so I used double stick tape and just taped them up.  Easy fix!

Look at how my FAVORITE teenager loaded his sheets into the wash.  Aren't teenagers the best??? ;)

My FAVORITE odd couple out on a walk ;)

and my FAVORITE girl had volleyball camp this week and is looking like a TEENAGER!

Creativity always wins points in my book so when I found the boys devising a "dog treat pulley system" the other day I had to laugh!

I didn't grow tomatoes this year but my mom sure did and a BLT is ALWAYS a FAVORITE!

... and we all have a new FAVORITE obsession around here - these sprinkles!  All it took was having them on an ice cream cone in NYC and we were all like, "why do we not have these at home".  Prime to the rescue!

Short and sweet because I was down and OUT with some sort of viral CRUD this week but I'll be back next week wrapping up my NYC posts and sharing a few other fun things.

HAPPY Friday, friends!!!

  1. I have one boy that insists sprinkles have zero flavor and are not worth adding to ice cream. Funny enough I only like rainbow sprinkles and not the chocolate ones. Those dance recital photos are fabulous!!

  3. That cake looks yummy! And I love how you did the pictures on top. I'm going to do that for my husband's 40th birthday this year! Your kids are adorable, by the way. And I have a teenage son who also does laundry the way yours does! :-)
