Friday Favorites

Happy Friday, friends!!! It's an EXTRA happy day around here because it's my last Friday of the school year!!! Next Friday I have a staff luncheon and I'll have to "check out" with the office for the summer but I will have all of my exams graded and turned in and I'll be prepping for two months with my kiddos!!! So excited and so grateful for the time off together!

If you're linking up with Erika,  Narci and I today for Friday Favorites please make sure that you're including our graphic in your post, linking back to one (or all!) of us and linking up a Friday Favorites post (not a random post) :)

This picture from Field Day two years ago popped up on my newsfeed and look how much they've grown!!!

Their little friendship is my FAVORITE!

My FAVORITE time of year is here - PEONY TIME!!!

I've been asked a lot lately about  the bracelets I've been wearing and they're  Budhagirl bangles.  I got the medium size and love that you don't even notice that you're wearing them and that they're waterproof.  I got the rose gold color and get a ton of compliments every time I wear them.

I missed these three cuties while I was gone but Dave was my FAVORITE for sending me sweet pics that I could see whenever we were at a place with cell service :)

Look at this cutie catching fireflies at gram and papa mac's :0

Last summer I picked up a super cute tote that a ton of y'all loved but it sold out FAST and I was so excited when a reader let me know that  WalMart has a great looking lookalike!

I haven't seen it in person, but the colors look almost identical  and for under $20 I'm not sure how you could go wrong!

And since we're talking about WalMart bags  the rainbow pouch I shared last week is sold out but there are tons of other cute patterns available  like this lemon one.

Ours is filled with sunscreens but it would be great to toss into your bag as a wet bag (think wet suits after the splash pad!) or a snack bag.

Anthropologie just marked a bunch of their dresses down 50% and here are my FAVORITES...

A friend posted this on facebook earlier in the week and it made me laugh so hard!

When we come home from our trip we stop at Sharky's burritos in Abilene and it may be my FAVORITE meal of the year.  Seriously.

Griffin got the "facial boss" award at dance this week and she is SO EXCITED about her recital!  She has loved hip hop and jazz this year.

Another teacher took this picture of a couple of our 8th grade boys on our trip and it's my FAVORITE!  Isn't it fun???

This weekend we have no big plans which is PERFECT as we gear up and get ready for the last week of school.  My plan is to work in my classroom a little bit and start getting things ready for summer so on Thursday afternoon I can be DONE!

Happy HAPPY Friday, friends!!!

Looks like it was a busy week -- last week is sometimes the toughest week but there certainly is a sweet reward at the end. Enjoy :)

  4. I just peony season!! We have several more weeks to go though before they're blooming here. I really want to pant more of the around the yard so I won't feel so guilty snipping them and bringing them into the house.

  5. LOL I love that lunchbox note. Peonies are so pretty! They remind me of my childhood. Yay for your last Friday! We get out on the 29th so my last Friday is next Friday...but I'm also not at work today so it all evens out lol. Happy last Friday!

  6. Your peony's are gorgeous, I need those bangles that look comfortable and NOT annoying like my medal clanging ones and happy start to the summer!

  8. Any chance you can make your links open in a new window. I always want to click on what you're linking but it takes me away from your blog to do so and if I haven't finished reading it's a bummer. Is there a way for you to set your links to open in a new window?
