Happy Friday, friends! I've got another random assortment of FAVORITES for you today to kick off FEBRUARY! January was sooooo long, right?!?! Erika and Narci are also sharing their favorites and we'd love it if you'd join us and link up below!
First up are these freesia that I picked up at Trader Joe's last weekend. The color is incredible and they've lasted all week!
Next is one of our FAVORITE Etsy shops EVER! They make the sweetest holiday shirts and their quality is outstanding.
I tried out the GlamGlow bubble sheet mask last week and LOVED it! You put it on and all these tiny bubbles start to form, you leave it on for a few minutes and then remove the mask, rub the bubbles in and rinse your face. My face felt SUPER clean, but not dry and I'd give it a 10/10 on the mask scale :) The mask is pricey, but it would make a great little gift for a friend, sister-in-law, teacher, etc.
Mason has been allll about Diary of a Wimpy Kid lately and him rushing to get dressed so he can read (and Griffin snuggling up to listen) before school has been a FAVORITE part of my morning.
I've never really done lunch notes before - but after Santa left a pack in my stocking and seeing how excited the kids get about them (shockingly all three of them mention the notes almost immediately after I get them from ESS and Mason has been keeping a little stack of them in his backpack so he can "reread them") I picked up these scratch off cards because I knew that they'd flip out over them and they did! You write your note on the card, then put the scratchable sticker on top. I taped a penny to the back of the card and they thought it was the coolest thing ever.
(and yes.... we are deep in the throes of "yo mama" jokes in the fourth grade ;) hahaha )
Today on my IG feed I gave away an oventure key ring - if you didn't get a chance to enter OR didn't win this time you can use the code ANDREA15 to get 15% off on your order...
Mason and Griffin were in my room after school this week while we waited for Luke to finish Math Olympics practice and he was drawing on my board...
... his spelling of "drools" (and his enthusiasm for TCU) is my FAVORITE :)
Last week kicked my butt in terms of productivity and getting grading done (I'd bring my grading home every day and then fall asleep before even opening my bag... darn you, sinus infection!) and my FAVORITE part of the week was finishing that last stack of papers and getting all those grades uploaded!
Wednesday night Dave took the boys to a Dallas Stars game and Griffin and I were not upset about a quiet "girls night" at home :)
We snuggled up and watched The Grinch while eating peanut butter pretzels and had the best little time. These kinds of quiet nights are my FAVORITE!
And this was the situation around 8:30 which left me with some time to read and catch up on a few things.
While G and I were relaxing at home, these boys were having their own good time...
They all enjoyed the game, but hands down the boys favorite part was the dessert cart :)
Happy Friday, friends!!!

ReplyDeleteI'm confident it would be mine as well!
DeleteI seriously can't get over how much Mason LOVES TCU but I love it! And we agree about the Baylor thing. :)
ReplyDeleteHe's a dedicated fan, that's for SURE! And I think that part of being a TCU fan is hating Baylor :) hahaha Which always cracks us up because some of his favorite people are there!
DeleteThat dessert cart did look pretty nice :)
ReplyDeleteRight?!?!
DeleteSo funny!!! I'm hoping that there's enough of a gap that MAYBE G will give them a try :)
