Confession time - last night Dave and I went to a fantasy football draft party and I most definitely did NOT budget my time well. I underestimated the time the party AND the blog post I was working on would take and so today I'm doing a "throwback" to a few of my FAVORITE posts...
First up is my chicken pot pie post. I'm making this for dinner tonight with some leftover rotisserie chicken I have on hand and if you haven't made it before you HAVE to try it this Fall.
Next is our master bedroom "refresh" post. I've received several questions recently about our bedroom and so I'm excited to re-share the little makeover we gave the room this past Spring.
I got several requests to do a "Day in the Life" post during the summer and never could get my act together enough to document a whole day but I've shared a few before and you can check out a "Weekend in the Life Post" (and it includes a video!) or a Day in the Life Post from last Fall.
The State Fair is coming up next month and we've already got the date we're going marked on our calendars. Last year was our first year to go and we can't wait to go again.
And last, but not least - if you're looking for a fun, easy and MEANINGFUL little project to do with your kids you can check out this post about making cards for hospitalized kids...
... it includes a ton of free printable cards that you can color and send off and be part of a really amazing organization that spreads love and cheer to kids and families staying in hospitals all over the country.
Happy THURSDAY, friends!!!
We’ve got the State Fair on our mind too!! It’ll be here soon!
