Happy Birthday, Griffin Joy!

Dear Griffin Joy,

Today is a highly anticipated day at our house - you're turning FOUR!!!  You've been talking about it for weeks.  Well... two weeks to be exact.  As soon as Luke had his birthday and we told you yours was two weeks away you've made a point to tell everyone you meet that your birthday is in two weeks.  And every night at bedtime you ask us how many days until two weeks :)

This year has been a BIG one for you.  I feel like you've gone from toddler to big kid and have met lots and lots of milestones.  You got rid of the paci and diapers, your speech took off and you are more independent than ever.  You want to do everything your brothers do, LOVE all things Disney princess and would eat macaroni and cheese every day for every meal if we let you.

You're developing LOTS of opinions which is why you are pretty much only wearing "comfy twirly/pocket dresses" and have ditched the big headbands in exchange for clips.  Your favorite color, flavor, clothing, etc. is "pink" and while you love all things "girly" you are an amazing roly poly hunter and have a pretty epic fake burp.

You're starting Pre-K in the Fall and you can't wait!  You spend most of your day in imaginative play as a chef, teacher, doctor, scientist, princess or artist.  You absolutely adore your big brothers and have both of them wrapped around your little finger (unless you're in their room touching their Legos or markers).  You are loving and smart and independent and determined.
