Friday Favorites - Lots of Fun Edition

Hopefully y'all enjoyed the little peek into our day yesterday.  Several of y'all commented on how much "energy" must have and what my "secret" is and I honestly think it's just endurance. hahaha  I'm on the go a lot and have lots to accomplish so I think I'm just kind of used to it.  Don't get me wrong - there are DEFINITELY days I crash, fall asleep in the boys beds after stories and/or wake up 30 minutes before I need to head out in the morning, but for the most part I have a routine and it works for us. :)

Don't forget that if you're linking up with us today, grab our graphic below, link to one (or all!) of us and then share your Friday Favorites!!!

Momfessionals

My Friday Favorites this week are random (per the usual) and first up is a new online boutique I came across through GROOPDEALZ, Taralynns.  I ordered this super fun polka dot chiffon maxi skirt because it INSTANTLY spoke to me.  It's totally my new FAVORITE. :)  My motto is "wear what you love" and so I did!  It is completely impractical, but totally cute.  I ordered it and then sought her out to see what other cuteness she had.

I paired the skirt (which you can find here) with a chambray shirt from GAP a few seasons ago (similar shirt here) and lots of bangles.
Sidenote: I get TONS of questions about my bangles... I'm planning an "Arm Party" post for next week - so stay tuned for all the deets.

Taralynns GRACIOUSLY offered to send me this Tribal cardigan (along with the MOST FUN SKIRT EVER that I'm planning on wearing next week - get excited!!!), that I paired with a black tee, grey Finn pants and my favorite Minnetonkas.  It was pretty much like wearing my PJs to work :)

While we're talking outfits, here what I wore yesterday.  I LOOOOVE my twill jacket because it looks "fallish" without being super heavy and hot.  Let's be real - it's still 90 degrees here in the afternoon (and 55 in the morning) so this layer is PERFECTION!  Mine is from last season, but THIS is a really cute option.  (My jeans are from Nordstrom Rack and are sold out - but THIS pair is cute!)

Yesterday morning, when Dave was getting the littles ready for Miss Lisa's house, he realized that we were out of diapers.  OOOPS!!!  He loaded the kids up and ran by the store and they got to ride in their FAVORITE shopping cart :)

After their Kroger run they were a little early, so they stopped by during passing period to drop off a Starbucks (hallelujah!!!).  Griffin was giving some kids hanging out in my room a total side eye :) hahaha

He was being super sweet and trying to hold her hand - she was having NONE of it! :)
(Yes! We got another pair of Natives for Mason - they are literally the only shoe he will wear so we diversified his color options :)  His orange pair can be found HERE and his baggies (shorts) are on sale for $11.20 (normally $28) on the Boden site HERE.  I totally stock up on these when they're marked down!)

Mason kept commenting on how BIG all my kids are at school, so of course my tallest 7th grader had to come say "hey" :)  When they were leaving Mason told Dave that he wanted to me a giant too when he grew up :)  One of my FAVORITE parts of my job is seeing how awesome my students are with my kids. LOVE!

One of my FAVORITE parts of Griffin's room is the mirror I hung low so she can check herself out :)  She loves picking out bows and necklaces and then running to the mirror to "show the baby". hahaha  She also likes to sit in front of the mirror with her pretend phone and carry on a big 'ol conversation with "the baby". hahaha

Griffins wrap is from RubyBlue and her pjs are GAP last winter.  I die over them :)

In case you missed it, I shared one of my FAVORITE recipes HERE on Wednesday and talked about one of my FAVORITE new friends HERE on Tuesday.

Happy weekend, friends!  We have a three day weekend (State Fair Day) and Luke and I are home today putting out Halloween decorations (and possibly going out for pizza - his request. hahaha).  I'm sure there will be lots of UNO and some serious Minecraft talk as well.  Can't wait :)

I'm excited to check out all your FAVORITES this week!!!
