CAUTION! BIRTHDAY ZONE

Luke's Construction/Dump Truck themed second birthday party was this past Saturday and could not have been better. The weather was PERFECT! The food was good. And the friends were great.

"Construction Crunch" Party Favors: I made a BUNCH of that monkey munch/puppy chow stuff, bagged it up and tied a big bow out of Caution tape.

We blew up well over 50 balloons and Luke got a huge kick out of them :)

Dirt cake (fyi - this is 5 packages of pudding and 4 tubs of cool whip and it didn't come close to filling up the truck!) Last minute bday banner (I kind of forgot about this until the night before the party, but I still think it turned out cute)

We filled Luke's sandbox up with sand for the first time Saturday morning and ALL he wanted (and still wants) to do is "dig! dig! dig!"

We really need to get in the habit of taking a family picture BEFORE the party while we're still a little bit put together :)

Afterward, we cleaned out the dirt cake and gave Luke his truck to play with...
