Stay-At-Home Mom

Well... I have officially wrapped up my first week as a stay-at-home mom and it was WAY busier than I ever imagined! Between trying to catch a nap here and there, doing laundry every day, changing diapers and spending at least a few hours holding and staring at Luke the days flew by. We went on our first walk as a family, Luke attended his first MCA student government meeting (I'm still working on planning the Junior High dance this coming Saturday and Prom the following Friday), we visited Dave at work, ventured out to WalMart and ran various errands. We also took Luke to the doctor on Tuesday to have his jaundice checked out and found out that he had already gained back the 6 oz that he lost in the hospital and that he was otherwise in perfect health. We'll take him back tomorrow for his 2-week checkup and we're anxious to see how much he has already grown in another week. I already think he's growing too fast!!!
