Weekend Happies/Top 10

- ONE - 

These neon cuties at the pep rally on Friday made me smile REALLY big.   I still can't believe they'll be in middle school next year!

- TWO -

Mason and his friends had their fantasy draft party on Friday.  They're the funniest group of friends and I can't wait to see how the season unfolds.

- THREE -

Friday Night Lights!  The first home football game was Friday and my entire crew had a blast despite the ridiculous temperatures.  The game was actually delayed an hour due to the heat which I don' think has ever happened before and everyone came home sweaty and tired ;)

- FOUR -

I opted out of the game this week due to some crazy allergies I've been having and let's just say I wasn't too sad about it.  Pesto pasta in bed in a totally silent house?  Sorry, not sorry.

- FIVE -

Griffin auditioned for her studio's Christmas show this weekend which got us both all kinds of happy!

- SIX -

Luke ran in a relay event with XC this weekend and had a BLAST! 

His team placed 5th...

... and he got the "Ric Flair" award for the week ;)

The relay has haybale obstacles which was extra "fun" according to him ;)

- SEVEN -

At the game on Friday night Dave got to hang out with a couple of my former students who used to work for him at Stonebridge.  Fun reunion ;)

- EIGHT -

It was below 100 degrees yesterday so I baked a couple of loaves of banana bread and a couple of zucchini as well.  Praying that I can bake Fall weather into existence ;)

- NINE - 

We played a BUNCH of crokinole this weekend which is always a highlight.

- TEN-

VapoRub>Vapo shower ;) I have some lingering ragweed congestion that has settled into a lovely cough I'm trying to shake and ALL the menthol was making me happy this weekend.
