What's Up Wednesday

Today I'm linking up with  Shay and  Sheaffer to talk a little bit about what's been going on around here!

Trust me.  JUST TRUST ME.  This white queso from Costco is life-changing.  We've been eating more than our fair share of nachos and #noregerts (yes... regerts) because it is so flipping amazing.

Getting ready for school has me reminiscing about previous first days.  Look at how much my babies have grown since last August!!!  This year I'll have one in khaki and navy and he can't wait!

I've had the salt and pepper set for about 5 years and love it so much so when I found the coordinating sugar bowl I scooped it up.

Snuggling and enjoying the lazy days!

Having to wake up and get going in the mornings starting next week.  I am NOT a morning person... and while having a puppy has had me up fairly early several mornings there is no agenda aside from walking the dog, sipping tea and reading on the couch.

21 Photos Everyone Who Isn't A Morning Person Will Instantly Recognise

My classroom!  I've been going up a few times a week to get some time in prepping things and

I saw  The Wild Robot recommended as a great read aloud before bedtime and I've been reading it to the kids and it's SO GOOD!  We're only a few chapters in but so far all three of them are loving it.  A reviewer describes it as Charlotte's Web meets the Iron Giant and I feel like that's totally accurate.  The chapters are also really short which makes it a great pick for bedtime reading as well as helping new readers feel success.

Anyone else listening on repeat?

I'm giving away a Bogg bag over on  my instagram feed!  I've declared my love for Bogg bags repeatedly throughout the years and am so excited I found one to give away!

I'm not wearing it yet but I just ordered  this set because HOLY COMFY, batman!  I'll keep y'all posted on whether it's greatness or a flop (because I don't feel like there's going to be an in between) hahaha  I ordered it in the lavender color and don't plan on wearing it with white combat boots - we shall see!

Playing a whole lot of  Rummoli.  We used to play this ALL THE TIME at my grandparent's cottage and just introduced it to the kids and they're LOVING IT!  We don't play with the poker pot (too complicated with kids) but it's super fun.

School starting!  There are a ton of variables (obviously) but I know my kids are excited to start back and I'm excited to get back in the classroom.

I received the SWEETEST package in the mail this week from my very favorite blanket company - Saranoni.   Saranoni has partnered with  Vision Cambodia to create a beautiful new blanket that will help provide clean water and a safe place for women to have their babies.

The blanket launched yesterday and would be a sweet addition to your couch this Fall and/or a great gift to put away for Christmas.

The colors are so pretty and I love how unique the pattern is.

If you don't need a blanket I'd encourage you to check out the Vision Cambodia website - you can sponsor a child's school tuition and uniform for just $35 to cover the entire year!

HAPPY Wednesday, friends!!!

PS - this post contained affiliate links - thank you so much for reading and supporting my blog!  Also, thank you to Saranoni for gifting me the beautiful blanket and for introducing me to Vision Cambodia.
