Friday Favorites - Christmas Program Edition

Happy Friday, Friends!  We made it!!!  I'm giving two exams today, Dave is volunteering at Mason's class party, then I have a staff luncheon, rehearsal for GG's recital tomorrow and THEN we're on break. hahaha  WE CAN DO IT!!!

First up on my list of FAVORITES this week are these sweet, sweet friends!!!  Miley got to hang out with us again this week and GG was so excited!!!
Sidenote - she loves this Batman shirt... so we run with it :)  Don't be too shocked if you see it paired with a pink tutu at some point..

I mean!!!

I was at work, but these girls had the best time with Dave.  They played in the yard, danced around to Christmas pandora and even went on a walk.  LOVE these sweet friends!

And we love her mama too!  Last year we snapped this picture before Manda started chemo and one of our very besties wasn't able to make it because she was sick.  This week I put my photoshop skills to good use and photoshopped her into the pic.  It made for a great group text and out some smiles on faces :)

The receptionist at Lower School sent me this picture of Mason yesterday with his FAVORITE Mustang Sally :)

I mentioned last week that GG was part of a photoshoot for Flowersack Dresses and look at this sweet sneak peek the photographer posted!!!  Sweet little girls in ballerina dresses are my FAVORITE!

I feel like Buddy has been slacking in the hi jinx department and he has plans to step it up during break next week... but in the meantime the kids FAVORITE morning was when he strung yarn all over the kitchen :)

Last night was one of my FAVORITE Christmas events - the Christmas Program at MCA!

Both boys looked so handsome and Mason was ready to ROCK his first one.

He has the BEST little group of friends.  They're silly and crazy and awesome.

Have you ever seen a cuter crew?!?!?!

And Luke and some of his friends from First Grade.

Their art teacher is amazing and both the boys produced some great pieces for the art show.

Mason's class performed Away in a Manger and he did GREAT!

  My view ;)

First grade performed Silent Night and it was the sweetest!

This girl colored the night away with Papa Mac.

The way she adores her big brother is my FAVORITE!

Grandma and Granny got to come as well, which was super sweet.

Next up, is the Holly Jolly Sale going on at Evys Tree.  A couple of my FAVORITE pieces are on sale and would make FANTASTIC Christmas (or Valentine's Day!) gifts.

The Jennifer Shrug is one of my most loved styles - it's slouchy and comfy and unique.

And last up is a new FAVORITE in our kitchen - the Pumpkin Souffle candle from Lake House Candles.  I took this picture one of the first times I burned it, but since then it's burned almost half way down and the glass is totally clean!  It fills our house with scent (without being overpowering) and everyone who has come over has commented about it.

And sweet Amanda from Lakehouse Candles is giving away a 14-oz candle in your choice of scents!  All you have to do is visit and like her Facebook page and then enter below saying you did! Easy peasy!

and now for a little announcement ;)

We won't be hosting Friday Favorites next Friday because it's Christmas or on January 1st because it's New Years Day, but we thought it would be fun to host a 2015 FAVORITES on Thursday, 12/31 where you can recap some of your FAVORITES from the year!  Favorite moments, favorite things, favorite favorites ;)  Start compiling your lists, ladies!

I hope that y'all have restful and festive weekends ahead of you!  I'll be back on Monday with LOTS of recital pics, I'm sure ;)
