Happy Monday, Friends!
This weekend was a busy one. Friday morning I popped my head into Griffin's room to say bye before I left. I thought she was still asleep - but nope - wide awake and extra cute :)
Friday night Gibi came down and Griffin was super excited to be in her brothers monster towel. Look at those cute little teeth!!!
Saturday morning we headed to Luke's first soccer game bright and early. And when I say bright, I mean - 95 degrees, full sun and about 90% humidity. GROSS!!!
The Lil' Stangs didn't win - but Number 1 (and the rest of the team!) had a great time - and that's really what we're looking for.
Mason and his "rosey" cheek enjoyed some Toca Doctor on my iPhone along with a cookie and Peach Green Tea Lemonade. hahaha After about 10 minutes he told me he was "ready for a break from soccer". :)
Yes - that's Luke waving at me instead of doing the high five line. :)
Luke loved the snacks, socializing and the tattoos :) hahaha
Check out that mess! And those smiles :) The kids were crazy and they had the best time. Don't stress about Bowen being MIA in these pics - he was smart and was playing solo in the other room.
And I think Nixon would have taken GG home as well (yes.... Luke is about to pee in the bushes in the background. We like to keep it classy up in here).
It was a busy, busy weekend and ended with three wiped out little ones. Last night Mason kept asking me to "hold him" and was crying about "not being tired."
Sure you're not.
He was asleep before 7.
The rest of my Sunday night looked like this. Grading, grading and more grading.
Dave helped me out and we broke out the big dogs later in the evening - queso and guacamole.

Tomorrow if Come On In... Master Bedrooms so I'll be showing y'all around my house again. Snap some pics and link up so we can go on a little virtual home tour. I'm looking for ideas to makeover our bedroom so I'm particularly excited about this week.
Have a FANTASTIC DAY!!! :)

DeleteWhat a fun weekend. And like you we got to be outside in the 100 degree weather and blazing Carolina sun for not one BUT two football games. And we have all collectively decided that we are ready for summer to be over, we are done sweating and we would appreciate fall temps ASAP!!!! Happy Monday girl
ReplyDeleteI think Fall is coming to Dallas on Saturday! BRING IT!!!

ReplyDeleteGlad you love and appreciate our kind of crazy! Thanks for reading!!! :)
DeleteSeriously they are all so stinkin' cute! Xavier loves all sports so I am sure it won't be long before we are at soccer games sweating our butts off too! The temps have thankfully dropped quite a bit in Ohio, but the humidity is insane still :( Yesterday it was 60 when I went grocery shopping but felt like 80 with the stickiness :( Thankfully Fall will be here soon! Looking forward to checking out the master bedrooms tomorrow as well! We SO need to update our room. It has become Xavier's bedroom/playroom/junk room. UGH! I need a change! lol!
ReplyDelete60 sounds like HEAVEN!!!! I am ready to be done with triple digits :) And yes.... I can't wait for the link-up!
