One of the reasons we love our house is the backyard - our yard at our old house was VERY low maintenance... as in we never did anything :) This yard could not be more different. It's MUCH bigger, MUCH more "landscaped" and has TONS of trees... which equals leaves, leaves and more leaves. We're in the never-ending process of "spring cleaning" it and getting it all ready for summer and I thought I'd try to document some of the progress.

We have lots more cleaning, planting, mulching, sodding, etc. to get done in the next few weeks, but thankfully we have lots of help :)
It's still lookin' kind of shabby, so hopefully by posting pics on here I'll be able to update as things come together and stay accountable. hahaha. We'll see... it's not like we have anything else going on right now :)
